If i understand it right, origin client starts to download and install content when the product purchased is listed in the order history. Are only Digital Deluxe Editions bought over Origin or Product Keys from the Trilogy allowed to download them over Origin Client or is the Access to the URL generally blocked for any reason?

I now how to download them from the biwoare page and can install and play them successfully. No need to give me hints about how i can work arround to get the 5 DLC.

Have no idea what kind of URL the Origin Client is trying to access. A HTTP 403 Access denied / forbidden comes from the webserver which is being accessed.

I gave me only the options to change game language.

I get the Option to download them for free over 'Get It Now' button. I think they done this upon making Cerberus Network for Free to everyone. The Cerberus Network itself is marked as installed which is part of the main game. All DLCs i bought over Bioware Store automatically download and install properly expect of the 5 DLCs from the Cerberus Network. They implemented Mass Effect 2 DLC on the Origin Client. Since mass effect 3 i now got the origin client and registered a standard copy of my mass effect 2 on origin with the product key given on my steam account. And i redeemed successfully the key over at. What i believe is in general a origin standard edition with the cerberus network key as 'dlc'.

Lets start over: i bought the mass effect 2 digital deluxe edition over the steam platform. I understand that this is a community driven forum and i believe that my issue wont solve without the ea or bioware developers / webmaster being involved. Also googling around and reading through the posts and help articles didn't help me either. But over help.ea.com i only get the phone option and there is no 'open support ticket' option anymore. Actually i was searching an option to place my issue to EA by writing with screenshots.
